ALPOA Funded projects

Please know that our purpose and responsibility is to use your $35/year per property to help pay for projects which serve Alto Lakes. Examples of that are the fishing dock at Outlaw Lake, the beautiful new signs both at the corner of High Mesa/French and at the entrance to Alto Lakes on highway 48, the slab for the new pavilion at the tennis/pickleball complex, landscaping for that area, and defibrillators for the ALGCC clubhouse.

Concrete Slab & Outdoor Kitchen for Outlaw Pavilion

Funding for concrete slab for the outdoor pavilion at Outlaw. Allocated $25,000 in 2024 for outdoor kitchen and furniture.

Landscaping for Outdoor Pavilion

Funding to landscape the outdoor pavilion at Outlaw.
